The College offers a comprehensive health benefits training program combining traditional management techniques with value-based purchasing and consumerism. Over 21 sessions have been held and more than 500 persons have received training.
In 2010, the College began offering an accelerated 1.5-day program in addition to the already established 3-day program. This new course is scheduled in partnership with Coalitions who accept a host invitation from the College, and who pledge to actively support the College effort in their community. Interested Coalitions for 2012 should contact Jerry Burgess, President / Chief Executive Officer of the HealthCare 21 Business Coalition.

The 2011 Sessions were approved for 10 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
